Covering any gray areas and we're not talking hair colour!

We politely ask for at least 48 hours  notice for any cancellation or rejigging appointments. Anything less than this and the space is really hard to fill.

If you have to cancel your appointment with less than 48hours notice we will unfortunately have to ask for a 50% fee for the lost booking.

December time is an extremely busy period of time for us, but also can mean with the hectic period there are a high level of 'No Shows' 

We ask for a 50% deposit to secure your booking and this will be reduced from your December booking.

In the event you do not show up to your appointment, you will be required to give a deposit for your next appointment. If you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. We're sorry we have to be so strict.

Consultations are complimentary! We love meeting you before your appointment and chatting through different options! And really taking any intimidation that can come with visiting somewhere new!

It's our professional duty to carry out a skin test.  We ask you to pop into the salon at least 48 hours before your booking for a quick dot of colour behind the ear!
