Our online booking system isn‘t human so a few mistakes can occur. We’ll always contact clients if we notice anything.
Always make sure when booking colour you select your colour service first. If you select a haircut first then colour, the system will not allow for the development time. This will mean there is not enough time to do your service, we will need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
After colouring we always need an after service like an express dry or a cut and blow dry. This is to make sure someone is free to wash off your colour. We may have to cancel a single colour service without the following finishing service.
All new colour clients need skin test at least 48 hours before the appointment. We close Sundays and Mondays but pop in anytime for this.
Deposits are required when booking online. We require 48 hours for cancellation. Deposits can only be transferred with rescheduled appointments. Cancellations within 48hours or failure to attend your appointment will be charged.
Deposits are transferable but are nonrefundable.
Please call or email for any kids cuts as the timings are different to adult cuts. Please do not book children under an adults cut, especially on a Saturday.
We offer gender free services, we’ve tried to give as much detail on each hair length to make it easier for you when booking.
Unfortunately Harriet isn’t taking on New clients at this time.
