48 Hour Cancellation notice

We politely ask for at least 48 hours  notice for any cancellation or rescheduled appointments.

Anything  less  makes  filling  this  space  difficult.   

If you have to cancel your appointment with less than 48hours notice we will unfortunately have to ask for a 50% fee for the lost booking.

With an increasing number or ’No Show’ and late cancellations we have had to introduce our deposit system  all year round.
Colour appointments are at 50% and haircuts at 25% 

Deposits are transferrable  once   but non  refundable.   

Deposits can be paid online or by popping into the salon.

As we have said deposits can be transferred once with rescheduled appointments, no show or appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged at 50%

Consultations are complimentary! We love meeting you before your appointment and chatting through different options! And really taking any intimidation that can come with visiting somewhere new!

It's our professional duty to carry out a skin test.  We ask you to pop into the salon at least 48 hours before your booking for a quick dot of colour behind the ear.
